Desde el \u00e1mbito investigativo, trabajan en la recolecci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s pruebas, y se est\u00e1 esperando el an\u00e1lisis de los materiales tecnol\u00f3gicos secuestrados durante la requisa de este jueves en Coronel Vidal.<\/p>\n<p>El delito que se le imputa es el de \u201cPRODUCCION, COMERCIALIZACION, ETC. DE REPRESENTACION DE MENORES DE 18 A\u00d1OS DEDICADOS A ACTIVIDADES SEXUALES ART. 128 DEL CP y TENENCIA ILEGAL DE ARMA\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La denuncia del caso, fue realizada por NCMEC (National Center of Missing and Exploited Children), quienes manifestaron que desde la direcci\u00f3n IP y abonado telef\u00f3nico, a nombre del acusado, exist\u00eda flujo de recepci\u00f3n y env\u00edo de pornograf\u00eda infantil. Esto, deriva en una infracci\u00f3n al Articulo N\u00b0128 del CPP, que prev\u00e9 penas de entre 6 meses a 4 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es porque el delito es excarcelable.
