El curso taller se dict\u00f3 en Coronel Vidal y dur\u00f3 tres d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl objetivo es armonizar los criterios para llevar adelante las auditor\u00edas, al mismo tiempo sirve para afianzar los conocimientos de las herramientas t\u00e9cnicas que se utilizan para realizar las inspecciones\u201d explic\u00f3 el Subsecretario de Higiene y Bromatolog\u00eda, MV.
